Arizona North Star Collective, Inc. was created from a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves to be seen, celebrated, and supported — especially during life’s biggest milestones and hardest transitions.
We serve youth in foster care and under-resourced communities by providing meaningful milestone celebrations, like Sweet 16 events, and real-world transition support for young adults aging out of the foster care system. From unforgettable nights that remind teens they are worthy of celebration, to practical resources that help young adults step confidently into independence, our goal is to walk beside each young person with both heart and action.
Rooted in Arizona and guided by the belief that no one should navigate their future alone, we partner with local businesses, volunteers, and community leaders to create experiences and opportunities that restore confidence, dignity, and hope.
At Arizona North Star Collective, we don’t just show up for big moments — we help light the path forward. Because every star deserves a North, and every future deserves direction.
STARLIGHT SIXTEENS
Starlight Sixteens celebrates teens in foster care and under-resourced communities with personalized Sweet 16 experiences that remind them they are worthy of joy, attention, and unforgettable memories. Through community partnerships and donors, we create meaningful celebrations that build confidence and let each young person feel truly seen and celebrated.

TRUE NORTH TRANSITION PROGRAM
The True North Transition Program supports young adults aging out of foster care as they step into independence. We provide practical resources and life-skills support to help ease the transition and build confidence during this critical chapter of life. Our goal is to ensure no young person has to navigate adulthood alone.
